She's just a young girl and she was so embarrassed and thought she had done something wrong because her meals so bad that my insisted they take it off my tab. She ordered ranch dressing to go with her fries and it tasted awful. it came out about as raw as steak tartare!!!! They brought her burger then eventually they brought her bacon and even later they finally brought her fries. One of my friends ordered the cheeseburger with bacon on it and macaroni and cheese and ordered it medium-well. The plate was scolding hot the food was stone cold it tasted horrible even my guests tasted it and couldn't believe how nasty it was. I ordered the sweet corn tamales and I've never ordered anything else there because those are my absolute favorite things. To give them credit it was an insanely busy day, but that was no excuse for the horrific tasting food that they put in front of me. My birthday is January 28 and we went there to eat Sunday the 29th. Anytime we had a special occasion we have always gone to the cheesecake factory. This used to be my absolute favorite go to restaurant for the last several years. Please don't waste your money (because this place is way overpriced) on anything here besides the cheesecake because the chefs in the back don't cook that, thank goodness! Waitress didn't really care and no manager came over to see what happened. You can get better fast food than this! My husbands meal had the strongest truffle flavor and no honey drizzle.not a big deal just not what he thought it would be. I have ordered this dinner numerous times before and I am so confused how it can be this awful now! I sent myįood back and just didn't order anything else. Not mashed at all, just HUGE chunks of potatoes with absolutely no flavor. This time they somehow had 'mashed' potatoes. Literally burnt although the breading underneath it was still soggy as hell. My waitress brought it back out and all they did was burn the breading onto the chicken. So I sent my food back which is something I never do. The Mac & cheese literally tasted like kraft! The green beans were not even cooked. They were out of mashed potatoes so I got macaroni and cheese. All it was was Italian bread crumbs from your local grocery store slapped onto a thick piece of dry chicken breast. My meal came out.the chicken 'breading' was soggy and not cooked at all. My husband had the honey truffle chicken.

My husband and I went for dinner and I had the Parmesan herb crusted chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. I am so saddened by how much this place has gone downhill this past year. Let me start off by saying I am normally a huge fan of this place.
